Name, company, contact details, and shipment-related data submitted via enquiry forms, the Customer Dashboard, or provided in the course of service — including Job, Container and Invoice numbers, and documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and proof of delivery.
To respond to enquiries, process shipments, share status updates through the Customer Dashboard, and meet our customs and regulatory documentation obligations.
Customer Dashboard data is filtered by role. Employees see only their assigned jobs; Clients see only their own shipments; a Client's Customer sees only shipments booked on their behalf. Every dashboard session is verified, and passwords are never stored or logged in plaintext.
We share shipment data with customs authorities, carriers and logistics partners strictly as required to execute your shipment. We do not sell personal or shipment data to third parties.
