Login credentials are issued per role — Admin, Employee, Client, or Client's Customer — and must not be shared outside the intended user. Clients are responsible for the accounts they provision for their own Customers, including timely deactivation when access is no longer needed.
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to jobs, documents or accounts outside your assigned role, and not to use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download dashboard data without written permission.
Shipment terms, liability and service conditions are governed by the individual service agreement executed with each client, not by this page. In case of conflict, the executed service agreement takes precedence.
We aim to keep the Customer Dashboard available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the website or dashboard after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
